We have a couple ways for you to check on your cards. Glad you asked.
Balance Inquiries:
For InSpa gift cards – traditional or e-gift cards (those issued through Giftango), you can call, or stop by any store location. Just have the gift card number handy. You can also send an email to customerservice@inspa.com, and put in the number for us to check.
For Spa Finder gift cards – it is not necessary to check the balance of the gift card. Spa Finder gift card policy is that, “The total value of card must be redeemed at a single participating spa. Any unused balance will be converted to credit at that participating spa. Card must be surrendered at time of redemption.”

I have a gift card that says, “InSpa Gift Card” , and it has a 16 digit account #, but I cannot find out where I check the balance.
I also have a spafinder.com card with a 15 digit account #.
What link or website can I check my balances?
